MS Edge extension to copy paste text
Budget: $10 – $40 USD
Hi,
I need a Microsoft Edge extension, that copies and pastes text from a webpage, into an online Excel 365 file.
The logic should be:
- IF a word containing the letters "ABCD" is found - THEN copy and paste the first instance of that word into cell A1.
(Obviously ABCD and A1 are variables, these can be changed in the extension options). The text variable should be case sensitive. And it should only copy the first instance of that word.
So for example, if there is a website that has the following sentence:
"The jacket was white. And it was a very nice jacket. The quality was great."
And in the extension options, we may have the text variable as "jack" and the Excel cell variable is C3.
Then it means the extension, when it is run, would copy and paste the word "jacket" into cell C3. Notice that, even though the variable was "jack", the extension should copy the ENTIRE word containing "jack", so in this case - jacket.
Also note, the extension should support 50 copy and pastes of text from a single webpage into Excel 365.
Like this:
1. IF a word containing the letters ABC is found - THEN copy and paste the first instance of that word into cell A1.
2. IF a word containing the letters ABC is found - THEN copy and paste the first instance of that word into cell A2.
3. IF a word containing the letters ABC is found - THEN copy and paste the first instance of that word into cell A3.
...
50. If a word containing the letters ABC is found - THEN copy and paste the first instance of that word into cell A50.
The extension must work with the latest version of Microsoft Edge and Excel 365.
Budget $40.
Thanks.
