ERPNext modification and Implementation of a new Form

Hi,
i need someone who can make modifications on ERPNext.
If you have better suggestions on how we can implement it, I'm open to suggestions:
I need a new form (and therewit a new table on the database) where I can save some information and also a file (svg or json) which is created with JavaScript (FabricJS) - let's tell this table "Drawing". Afterwards i should have a listing of these Drawings. If i open the Drawing, i see the informations and the drawing loaded from the file (svg or json). I will implement the part with the drawing with JavaScript (FabricJS), you only need to save the created file to the database and load the file from the database to show the drawing again. I need to be able to assign drawings to offers, customers and leads.
That means: if i open the drawing or the drawing list, i have to see the offer and the customer/lead. And vice versa if i open the customer/lead or offer, i get a link to the drawing.
