ERPNext Trainer & Functional Consultant Needed

We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Functional Consultant / Trainer who can help us understand, configure, and effectively use ERPNext for our business operations.

Project Overview

We already have ERPNext installed and running. We need a knowledgeable professional who can guide us step-by-step in configuring modules, setting up workflows, and teaching our team how to use the system efficiently according to business requirements.

Responsibilities

Understand our business processes and requirements

Configure ERPNext modules as per business needs

Provide live training sessions and practical guidance

Help with setup of:

Accounts & Finance

CRM & Sales

Purchase & Inventory

HR & Payroll

Projects & Tasks

Reports & Dashboards

Workflow & Approval setup


Explain best practices for ERPNext implementation

Assist in user roles, permissions, and basic customization

Help troubleshoot functional issues and configuration problems

Provide documentation or recorded sessions if possible


Required Skills

Strong experience with ERPNext implementation and configuration

Good understanding of business workflows and operations

Experience in training users and explaining concepts clearly

Knowledge of modules like Accounts, HR, CRM, Inventory, and Projects

Ability to configure workflows, roles, permissions, and reports

Good communication skills in English


Preferred Skills

Experience with Frappe Framework

Experience with ERP customization and automation

Knowledge of Indian business/accounting processes is a plus
