Dynamic web page for SPA

I need an Single-Page-Application web page developed. This page will use JavaScript to dynamically update a list of poster images, based on data received from a web service (provided). The requirements are spelled out in the attached spec. This is part of a larger project, but the work for this job request consists simply of this single web page. More information on the overall project will be provided to the winning bidder.
