Dynamic image overlay (cloudinary?)

I have a project in Bubble.io that requires dynamic image overlays. I have approximately 30 products in my store. When my customers log in they claim a business. This business's information needs to be displayed over the product images to make the product look personalized.
I'd like to work with you on creating responsive overlays that can handle the text spacing on the products with varying lengths of characters and spacing.
Cloudinary is not a requirement but more of a suggestion. I need a tool for dynamic overlays of text and images. The image needs to be processed upon page load as a single image not an image with a text overlay object (this is why I suggested Cloudinary, but other tools or programming methods could be used).
Please be ready to show that you have the ability to do a text overlay before the job is awarded.
