Dynamic PHP Web App for Course Search

I'm looking to build a dynamic, responsive web application in PHP8, JS, CSS, and HTML. The primary function of this app is to assist students in finding suitable 3rd level courses. The app will call two APIs returning JSON data.
Key Features:
- Course Search and Filter: The app should allow students to search for courses and apply filters to narrow down their options.
Important Notes:
- This is an open-access application. There is no need for user authentication. All features should be accessible to everyone without the need to log in.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in PHP8, JavaScript, CSS and HTML.
- Dynamic DOM
- Experience in building responsive web applications.
- Familiarity with integrating and calling APIs, particularly those that return JSON data.
