Dropdown with Submit Data validation issue

My project involves a Dropdown with Submit Data validation issue. As it stands, when submitting the form, the data validation is not behaving as it should. I have identified the source of the issue and do need help in fixing it. The validation issue revolves around dropdown options not populating, form data being incorrect when submitted, and dropdown options being incorrect.
