Drawing polyline in js / canvas in 1: 1 scale in millimeters + saving to mysql

I'm looking for a solution that will allow me to draw polylines using js + json / mysql. In addition, it is necessary to save to mysql and display in a 1: 1 scale on a grid, e.g. millimeter or centimeter. I was browsing three.js, d3js and fabric.js, but I did not find such functionality in the documentation or examples. Can anyone help me?
