Django, React developer. Odoo knowledge +

I would like to convert the current odoo project (https://github.com/odoo/odoo) to use Django and React for a fork that I would like to create. The goal is to have run the backend and frontend independently and have all the functionality of the odoo project intact. We should be able add and remove modules as well as add and remove custom models and fields.
