Discord bot for my channel connected to finetuned OpenAI models I created

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a Discord bot for my channel. The bot should have the following functionalities:
- Custom commands and responses: I want the bot to be able to execute specific commands and provide custom responses based on those commands.
The bot should also be able to integrate with specific applications, as I have certain applications in mind that I want the bot to work with (OpenAI - Custom models)
In terms of interaction, I want the bot to be highly interactive, as if it were a human. This means it should be able to engage in conversations and provide responses as naturally as possible.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in Discord bot development
- Experience with integrating bots with other applications
- Knowledge of natural language processing and AI models
- Experience working with OpenAI APIs preferred
- Strong coding skills in relevant programming languages
