Discord betting bot for custom events

We need a discord bot that can be used to bet on custom events. We must be able to create events and potential outcomes and users must be able to bet on those events. It must be possible for the admin to assign "coins" to users which they can use to bet with.
Once the event is finished we need to be able to set the final result and the bets should be settled automatically.
