Administrative Management Integration
Integrate a comprehensive administrative management system (e.g., Odoo) for invoicing, contracts, and HR processes.
Automate the generation and sending of invoices and the management of contracts linked to deals.
Workflow Automation
Use tools like Zapier to automate workflows, including invoicing, notifications, and reminders.
Ensure seamless data synchronization between the CRM and administrative systems.
User Management and Permissions
Implement a user management system with levels (Lv) to differentiate access:
Lv 1: Super Admin with full access.
Lv 2: Branch Manager with management of branches and users.
Lv 3: Administration, HR, URP with specific functionality permissions.
Lv 4: Teachers with lesson management and reporting.
Lv 5: Students/Parents with lesson viewing and account management.
