Development of Call Campaign Management Platform (WeWeb + Xano + Custom API + Balance System)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m looking for a developer experienced with WeWeb, Xano, and REST API integrations to continue and complete a web-based call campaign management platform.
The core features and UI are already built in WeWeb and integrated with Xano. I now need to finalize key workflows, create a custom billing/balance system, and prepare everything for production.
What I need done:
• Continue and complete the WeWeb + Xano integration (some workflows already exist).
• Ensure the “Launch Campaign” button sends the correct request to the Xano endpoint /ejecutar_campana with the selected campaign ID.
• Complete workflows for:
• Uploading leads via CSV.
• Visualizing statistics (calls completed, success rate, charts).
• Viewing lead call results and recordings.
• Implement a custom balance system that:
• Shows current call balance to each user.
• Allows manual balance top-ups (can integrate Stripe or another provider).
• Charges users using inflated call rates (40% markup) compared to the actual call costs (from Voximplant).
• Handles internal pricing and hides any real pricing or link to Voximplant.
• Important: Voximplant must not appear anywhere visible in the app, whether UI, code, or network/API logs visible to clients.
• Final tests and deployment of the platform.

• WeWeb (Frontend builder)
• Xano (No-code backend, REST APIs)
• Voximplant (already integrated via API)
• Stripe (or similar) [to be integrated for balance top-ups]

• Price inflation logic (+40% from real API costs)
• Clean UI (no Voximplant references)
• Workflow error handling and success messages
• App deployment and publishing
