Developing indian Gst e-invoice and e-way bill in Laravel/Mysql /Gst api

I'm looking for a skilled developer to help me develop an indian GST e-invoice and e-way bill system in Laravel/MySQL/Gst API. The chosen developer should be comfortable with integrating the system with existing GST systems. No sample files or data are available, however all necessary information will be provided in due course. The project must be completed using the PHP & Laravel language and framework.
