3D Developer with webgl and three.js skills

We are building a 3D character which has to be integrated with frontend(Browser) and perform the transition into different states using three.js and java script.

The character should perform the actions in different states,
Idle: blinking eyes and smooth head movement
talking: lip movement in sync with the words uttered.
