Developer with expertise in modern JS tools needed to manage an animation software

Hi there!
We are seeking an expert freelancer to manage and add features to a Javascript-based software that we currently use to (1) create movies with animated shapes that act like they have human agency, and (2) build interactive games based on these animations. The work requires an ~10hrs/week commitment (can range from 5-20 hours) for a period of 12 months (including an initial 2-month trial period).
Basic requirements: experience building and deploying web apps using modern JS build tools, some experience with back-end, simulations and game dev software.
