Developer with JQuery, php, javascript and mysql experience required to create website

I'm looking for a developer with experience to recreate a website.

The site has 14 different simulations which need to be implemented into our own HTML design. If you have used JQuery, php, javascript and mysql to create something similar, please say at the beginning of your reply "I've done something like this".
