JS Developer for three.js House Creation

I'm seeking a proficient JavaScript and Three.js developer to build a house model using Three.js platform.
Key aspects:
• Develop a 3D house model with interior furnishings.
• Improve the model's realism by incorporating at least two ray-tracing lights.
• Utilize Visual Studio Code and execute the project via a live server.
Desired skills and experience:
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and Three.js.
• Experience in 3D modeling and ray-tracing lights.
• Excellent proficiency in using VS Code and establishing a live server.
Please include your previous work samples in Three.js along with a detailed project proposal in your application. Although the purpose and the level of realism were never specified, I am open for both a basic to a photoreal real-looking house.
