I require the services of an expert JavaScript programmer and HTML specialist to convert internal links to EPS files in the JavaScript code representing tool bar icons used in a JavaScript image Editor into a suitable code that makes the JavaScript/HTML/CSS file self-contained (i.e., no dependencies to those files). This can either be achieved by injecting either the original SVG/EPS vector code, or a base64 text of the files. Either way, hopefully the JavaScript can decipher and read them as if they are EPS/SVG files or at least know that it is an image to display in the toolbar.
