Develop a odds system for a betting site

I am looking for a developer to create an odds system for my betting site. The system should use Decimal Odds and should be developed using Typescript.

Requirements:
- Develop the backend coding for the odds system
- No need for a user interface or design, only backend coding is required

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong experience in Typescript programming
- Knowledge of betting systems and odds calculations
