Develop a desktop app (back-end and front-end) -- 2

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a desktop application with a modern-looking GUI. The application consists of a numeric simulator written in Python (it's a relatively small script, with a couple hundred lines). I need this to become a stand-alone application that any user can download and run. My preference would be for it to be refactored into JavaScript, and to build a front-end.
