Develop a Web Proxy Site that uses Squid Cache Proxy and supports Video Streaming, and JavaScript

We are seeking a backend and frontend Developer (PHP, Python) to build a web proxy website that interfaces with a running Squid Cache Proxy (http://www.squid-cache.org/) instance on an Ubuntu Server. The development should replicate PlainProxies’s Web Proxy service (https://plainproxies.com/resources/free-web-proxy). This project requires an understanding of network protocols, web application development, user authentication systems, and web interface design.
Preferred Programming Language: PHP and Python
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Develop a Python or PHP-based web proxy site that operates on an Ubuntu Server running Squid Cache and Apache.
2. Create a webpage interface that allows users to enter a URL into a text box on the main page and submit the request through a Squid Cache instance without the user ever changing their browser's proxy settings. This should be modeled after https://plainproxies.com/resources/free-web-proxy
3. Implement a feature where, after the first request (main page), a header appears at the top of each page displaying the current URL with a text box and button for submitting new requests.
4. Ensure that all links from the fetched page redirect through the web proxy, thus maintaining anonymity and control over user navigation.
5. Connect the web proxy to a running instance of Squid Proxy (http://www.squid-cache.org/) on an Ubuntu Server and configure it to route user requests through this system.
6. Ensure the web proxy supports JavaScript and live video streaming, including platforms like YouTube, Twitch, ESPN, etc.
7. Create a user registration and login system to the page. Where new registrations are verified by clicking a verification link that is emailed.
8. Implement logging functionality to record all web requests. Logs should include a timestamp, IP address, and request information.
9. Provide detailed documentation on the approach, installation, setup, and maintenance.
