Develop a Simple Charting System for Ethereum Testnet Tokens

Job ID: 36367798

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced blockchain developer to create a simple charting system for Ethereum testnet tokens. The developer should have a strong understanding of Ethereum, smart contracts, testnets, and decentralized exchanges (DEXs).

Project Requirements:

Develop a back-end system to interact with Ethereum testnets (such as Goerli, Rinkeby, or Ropsten) and fetch historical data for token pairs. The developer should have experience working with Web3 libraries like web3.js or ethers.js.

Process and store the fetched data in a database (e.g., PostgreSQL or MongoDB) and calculate candlestick data (OHLC) for various timeframes (e.g., 1-minute, 5-minute, 1-hour, 1-day candles).

Develop a responsive front-end application using a web development framework like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Integrate a charting library like Chart.js, Highcharts, or TradingView Lightweight Charts to display the processed candlestick data.

Connect the front-end application to the back-end data source, ensuring seamless retrieval and display of candlestick data for the desired token pairs and timeframes.

Implement necessary security measures to protect the system from potential threats.

Thoroughly test the application and make improvements as necessary to ensure smooth performance.

Required Skills:

Solid understanding of Ethereum, smart contracts, and testnets
Proficiency in web3.js or ethers.js
Experience with front-end web development frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
Knowledge of charting libraries (Chart.js, Highcharts, or TradingView Lightweight Charts)
Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Please submit your proposal with examples of your previous work in the blockchain and Ethereum ecosystem, along with your estimated timeline and budget for this project.

We look forward to working with you on this exciting project!
