Develop Pahle Payout Live Platform

I’m building Pahle payout.com as a place where people can connect with each other in real time. The core feature I need you to deliver is a seamless live chat / video environment that works inside a modern web interface and scales to thousands of concurrent users.

Here’s what matters most to me:
• Real-time video and audio powered by reliable tech such as WebRTC (or another proven alternative you can justify).
• Text chat running alongside the video stream so participants can share links or quick notes without leaving the call.
• User accounts with secure sign-up, login, and password reset; social-login options are a plus.
• A clean, mobile-responsive UI that feels as fast on phones as it does on desktop.
• Backend that can grow: Node.js, Python, or Go with a database you’re comfortable scaling (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Simple admin panel where I can monitor live sessions and, if needed, remove abusive users.

Acceptance criteria
1. A user can register, log in, start or join a live video session, and exchange messages without page refresh.
2. Latency stays below 300 ms for video and 100 ms for chat under typical broadband conditions.
3. Code is delivered in a private repo with clear README and setup scripts so I can deploy to my preferred cloud host.
