Develop FLASK web application

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a FLASK web application containing highly interactive plots generated using either D3 Javascript or Plotly and including the following requirements:

Features:
- Database integration

Purpose:
- The main purpose of the application is to provide informational content to users.

Number of pages/screens:
- There will be a total of 1-5 pages/screens in the application.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience with FLASK framework
- Generating dynamic plots with D3 or Plotly
- Proficiency in working with databases and integrating them into web applications
- Familiarity with creating informational websites
- Ability to design and develop a clean and user-friendly interface
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development
- Experience with implementing user authentication and payment gateway integration would be a plus
