Develop/Build Custom Web Application -- 2

I'm looking for a freelancer to develop & build a Web App or PWA for my Financial Trading Game which has already been designed on Google Docs. Essentially, it's a hydrid which mixes elements of traditional games of chance (like roulette/bingo etc) with the fundamental principles of financial trading.
The project is ready to go immediately and you should be available for at least 20 hours a week with an ideal launch before Christmas 2021 or alternatively, first quarter of 2022.
Preference is to build and deploy on a dedicated cloud server like Digital Ocean or Linode so familiarisation or willingness to work with these hosting servers would be useful.
