Design and Development of E-Learning system based on Mozilla HUB (virtual rooms). React/Javascript/Aframe

Before applying to the project, you should be clear that we seek to create a control CMS that is based on this architecture within AWS and based on Mozilla HUB:

If you do not control the architecture that we have previously exposed, please do not apply to the project. Mozilla hub is a kind of Wordpress (developed in react and aframe) where we can create virtual rooms. We want to customize the server we have in AWS (https://hubs.mozilla.com/docs/hubs-cloud-intro.html) and create a CMS for our users, since the system we offer now is not very customized.
All development will be done on our AWS servers. We need advice for the necessary permits. We have credits to carry out the project.
Needs:
We want to create a CMS layer that offers different functionalities to platform users and organize the content we generate (virtual classrooms generated by the mozilla hub platform).
The first thing we are looking for is to interconnect with the mozilla hub platform so that we can have control of registered users.
We want to divide registered users into several blocks:
Users Students
Users Teachers
Administrator Users
Each user should have different options once they are registered in the CMS platform that we develop.
Teachers should have the following options:
-Professor file (data, photo, name, school, subscription time available, personal data)
-Category of available classes with search filters (these classes are developed within mozilla hub by us, each category will have a list of available classes).
-Available students (each teacher account will have students limited by their subscription)
-Creation of classes, the teacher will have a tool as a calendar where she can create a class from the categories of the subscription or from her created projects. She will be able to invite the students she has registered and get a class code (the mozilla hub system already has a code system)
-Favorite classes (mozilla hub favorite classes are added)
-Created classes (the classes created by the teacher are added in the room editor that has mozilla hub (spoke). (spoke is an internal creator of mozilla hub)
Teachers will have a subscription and will be able to access a category system so that they can create virtual classes that we offer thanks to the Mozilla HUB system.
Admins should have the following options
-Three administrator categories:
administrator owner
Partner Administrator
School Administrator
The system is pyramidal, the owner administrators have a vision of the Partners and the schools. The Partner administrator has a vision of the schools that he has registered with a subscription. The school administrator has a vision of the teachers who have been registered in the school.
-Management of subscriptions, there are 3 subscriptions and they are controlled by the administrator owner. We need to modify the options of these subscriptions. Each subscription will have access to specific categories.
-Category creator for teachers. We need a category manager where we can add the virtual classes available for subscriptions.
-Administrator file (data, photo, name, company-school, start date, personal data)
-Partnes/Professors who are in charge and different subscription.
-Register or remove the different administrators.
-Viewer of all subscriptions. A filter where we can see the subscriptions that are registered, according to partners and educational centers.
Students should have the following options
-Student file (data, photo, name, school, personal data, email)
-Class calendar where you can see the classes you have active
