Delete Billing Address when buying and registering (Stencil, backend) -- 2

1. When buying a product, the website forces the client to fill in the data about the place of residence, phone number, etc. We don't need it, it scares away customers, we need to completely remove this section. Support says it's possible and gives materials to work with
2. When registering, it also requires you to enter these data, you need to either delete these fields or disable registration when purchasing.
