Debug my WooCommerce checkout!!
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
I also use a plugin to sell event tickets. I did the website for a local charity/non-profit organization --- I'm hoping someone is kind enough to help without charging them more than I do.... and I'm no expert, but I can usually get all this to go smoothly. However. With this new ticketing plugin, there's some new problems.
Everything works----- payment goes through---- confirmation email arrives....
but after the payment processes, instead of a message saying payment complete, or thank you for your purchase... it goes BACK to the Cart page, with an error that says I cannot checkout with an empty cart. What?
So it LOOKS to the customer like it failed... but it still charges their card and still sends them their ticket/info.
I even tried installing a thankyou page redirect plugin, thinking maybe it would override whatever is wrong, but nope... It refuses to come back to a payment completed screen. Just the error.
And I have NO idea how to go about debugging it by deactivating plugins one at a time! I deactivated all my plugins as one site said to, and then I had to re-do most of my site because the settings were gone when I reactivated the plugins.
