(Data Visualization) Interactive Web Page Project in D3 JavaScript (Please Read Description Requirements)

I am looking for a skilled web developer with experience in D3 JavaScript to create an interactive web page for data visualization using charts and graphs.

- The project requires a developer who is proficient in D3 JavaScript and has previous experience in creating interactive web pages.
- The ideal candidate should be familiar with different types of charts and graphs and be able to create visually appealing visualizations.
- The web page should allow users to interact with the data and explore different visualizations.

Here are the Requirements:
The project is about creating an interactive web page that tells a story using data visualization. It should then be hosted on a publicly visible website, like GitHub Pages.

The story should follow one of these three structures:

Martini Glass: The story is told without allowing the user to explore until the end. Think of it like a surprise ending.
Interactive Slideshow: Users can explore parts of the story at their own pace, like clicking through slides.
Drill Down Story: It starts with an overview, and users can explore different storylines by clicking on specific parts.

You must use a programming library called D3. The only OTHER libraries ALLOWED for this assignment are
d3-annotation and topoJSON Client. No other library besides d3 (any version), d3-annotation and topoJSON Client will be allowed on this assignment.

You CAN'T use tools like Tableau or other high-level visualization software.

Your story should have different scenes, and within each scene, you'll have annotations that highlight important data or trends. Parameters will be used to control how the scenes are displayed, and triggers will connect user actions (like clicking) to change what's shown on the web page.

You can choose any dataset you like. The interaction can be as simple as tooltips that show more information when the user hovers over something.

Once you finish the project, you'll have me host it on GitHub Pages.

Remember, the main goal is to create an engaging and informative web page that tells a story using data visualizations.
