I need an admin page to register languages.
I need a page to create any number of sentence factor per language.
The sentence factor has a name and any number of members which are just strings.
Then, there is an annotation page that requires any number of string(text area) input. This strings are unique for a combination of each member of each sentence factor per language. When the user provides the input string and submits, the next combination of each member of each sentence factor prompts for an input. The submitted strings is added to a json array and can be downloaded by language from another page
More than one user can work on the annotation page.
Each user can be registered by the admin with a username and password and can be registered to work on a language
