DWG Viewer & File Upload Integration

For our project, developed with Reactjs and Nodejs, we're looking for a seasoned web developer to seamlessly integrate a DWG file viewer and upload feature.
Key Features:
- The DWG viewer should allow users to conveniently zoom in/out and measure distances.
- With regards to the file upload feature, we want a drag-and-drop functionality, a visible progress bar, and efficient file validation.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, particularly React.js and Node.js
- Prior experience or familiarity with DWG files is desirable.
- Knowledge or experience with DWG viewer libraries/APIs would be an added advantage, as we are open to recommendations.
Your task will be to efficiently implement these features, ensuring optimal functionality and a seamless user experience.
