Cypress Suite for HTML Page Testing

I'm in need of an expert in automation testing to build a suite in Cypress specifically for page having HTML. The page to be tested will be rendered on a browser, requiring expertise in browser-based testing.
Key Elements:
- Develop a Cypress automation suite for testing purposes.

Skills and Experience required:
- Proficient in Cypress and JavaScript.
- Experience in browser-based automation testing.
- Knowledge in specific client-based functional testing.
Additional details:
Values from the HTML page have to be validated after selecting them using selectors.
Once validated these values read from the page need to be appended to a file. The selections used need to be easily configurable.
