Cypress PayPal redirect new tab without href or target and dynamical url

I would need help with creating scenario for Cypress PayPal redirect new tab without href or target and dynamical url.

After clicking on button, it will open in new tab or window which is not able to handled as there is no href or target since it’s dynamic link
