Customizing Greeting cards

I need a browser based greeting card/ invitation card customisation program/ app that I would integrate with my website for people to edit it, pay & download.
I would provide the design in the format of your choice psd/ jpg.
I can visualise a solution where,
1. I would share you the design to show the user actual design.
2. Background design.
3. Text properties like font name, color, size, position etc.
It's it's better if you can do it from just the design. Mention actual technology you'd use time needed & actual price.
Note i would have multiple 100 designs with different languages.
