Customizable ReactJS Timeline Component

I am in need of a highly customizable Timeline component for a ReactJS project. This component should be:

- Capable of drag and drop functionality for elements.
- Allow the user to add, edit, and delete timeline events.
- Include a zoom in/out feature for further detail.
- Display a hover feature for showing menus.
- The component should be able to show expandable group timelines and collapsed group timelines.
- It should also be able to display resizable elements when the timeline group is expanded.

The overall design of the Timeline should be minimalistic and clean.

Ideal candidates for this project should have experience in:
- ReactJS
- Building reusable and responsive UI components
- Experience with drag and drop functionality
- Strong understanding of clean and modern UI/UX design
