Customer.io Dashboard Changes

I need someone to look at my customer.io Dashboard and help me figure out how to send a different transactional email than the one that is currently sent when my backend sends a request to customer.io
The backend integration to customer.io already exists. We need to make sure the account is correct with the integrations.
Currently the site sends an email that is just a link.
We need to change the email template being sent to one I've made that is a styled email. That takes the person's name and the existing link as variables to display in the email.
Right Now the email "Fgngn" is being sent, I need to instead send "Transactional Test"
