Custom Web Tool for Data Processing
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Create a custom web tool that will serve multiple purposes.
Key Features:
- The primary function will be to allow me to upload an XLS file and write its data to a web interface. This should be done in a way that mimics human data entry, as there's no existing API for this.
- The tool should also be able to scrape data from the web interface and later process it.
- A secondary but crucial function is the ability to perform calculations based on the data and display the results.
Requirements:
- The tool must be developed in either Python or JavaScript.
- Given that the primary purpose is data handling, the most vital feature for me is the capability to upload and write XLS file data.
UI Design:
- The user interface design should follow a minimalistic approach. A clean, straightforward design is preferred. Most screenshots are in the scope.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript is a must.
- Experience in creating custom web tools, especially those that involve data processing and web scraping, would be beneficial.
- Prior work on minimalistic UI designs would be a plus.
