Custom Shopify-Rider WebApp Integration

Hello,
We are looking for a developer to build a custom Rider WebApp integrated with Shopify, for managing local deliveries with internal drivers (riders).
The goal is to allow our delivery riders to receive orders from Shopify based on delivery zones (ZIP codes), accept them, track deliveries, and mark orders as completed.
Features Required
Rider Interface:
Login page (email + password)
Ability to set “online” / “offline” status manually
Rider sees only orders in their assigned ZIP codes (CAP) — these zones are assigned by the admin
Order assignment logic:
When a Shopify order is placed, it is filtered by delivery ZIP
Riders marked as “online” in that zone receive the order in a pending list
First rider to accept within 5 minutes gets the job; others lose visibility
Each order shown must include:
Customer name
Address + ZIP code
Phone number
Countdown (5 minutes)
Buttons: Accept, Reject
Once accepted:
Rider sees full details
Button: “Delivered”
Button: “Report problem” (with optional note)
Order history: the rider sees a personal log of completed deliveries
Admin Panel:
Create and manage rider accounts
Assign ZIP codes to each rider (one or more)
Monitor who is online/offline
View all order statuses: pending, accepted, delivered, rejected
Access full delivery logs
Shopify Integration:
The system must be integrated with Shopify via API:
New orders are automatically imported from Shopify in real time or every X minutes
Orders must include customer name, phone, address, delivery CAP (ZIP)
Rider status and delivery updates can be stored internally or optionally synced back to Shopify via order note/update/tag
Suggested Tech Stack (flexible):
Frontend: React or Vue.js (mobile responsive)
Backend: Node.js + Express or Firebase
Database: PostgreSQL or Firebase Firestore
Hosting: Vercel, Render, Firebase Hosting
Requirements Recap:
Mobile-friendly interface (rider uses smartphone)
Admin panel for internal use
Clean UX, no complex UI required
Rider must only see orders in their zone
Shopify integration required (read-only via API, with possible write-back)
