Custom PDF Compressor with React Js

I'm in need of a React JS module that can compress multiple PDFs.

Key Requirements:
- Multiple PDFs: The solution should be able to compress multiple PDF files at once.
- User-customizable Compression: The compression should be adjustable by the user with a custom range.
- Download Feature: The compressed PDFs should be available for direct download to the user's device.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in React JS
- Experience with PDF processing libraries or tools
- Understanding of user interface design and usability
- Ability to create a clean and efficient code
- Good communication and availability for updates and modifications.

Note:
This function has to be build only using React JS modules(NPM packages). No APIs should be used.
