Custom Developed Google Data Studio Chart

I need to display my data using custom-developed charts.
For now, I need one custom developed a chart to be built - Bullet Chart.
The custom-developed chart needs to be built/developed by a third-party developer in Google Data Studio.
The chart needs to work with my data and should be configurable in a similar way to Data Studio's default charts.
