Custom AI Chat Bot Development
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need an experienced developer to create a custom AI Chat Bot for my website. The bot should have the following functionalities:
- Answer frequently asked questions posed by potential customers.
- Schedule appointments, allowing customers to request specific time slots, choose from available time slots or have the bot automatically suggest available time slots based on customer order.
- Send invoices to customers once appointments have been confirmed via chat and paid for.
I need to create a custom AI Agent that will respond to customers that want to purchase services. This agent will need to respond to questions, provide pricing based on customer responses, schedule appointments depending on availability using Google Calendar, and send invoices for payments by creating an invoice through Stripe. This AI Agent will need to generate a custom Stripe invoice. Backend API’s for Stripe and Google Calendar will be necessary unless there are libraries/3rd party integrations with code that can do this. If this is done successfully, you will have the opportunity to work on a customer Management Bot.
Ideal candidates for this job should demonstrate a strong understanding of AI technology and should have previous experience developing similar bots. Knowledge on website integration will be essential as well. I look forward to receiving your proposals.

Looking to create a model that will be on the backend for online chat dialogue. Bot must be trained and work properly. I can help assist since I am a technical programmer but not well versed in ai agents. This bot must make invoices, which means it needs to calculate prices. I will need to feed this AI model prices and time allocation along with pricing structure. For Example: If customer wants 3 tutoring sessions it will need to find and block off 3 hours of available time. If customer wanted 1, the bot will have to recommend time slots that we have available for 1 hour. Model will spit out available times to confirm with customer. Once time has been blocked on the calendar invoice has to be sent for $ amount. (Stripe API seems promising for this… but feel free to use any solution) For example: If customer wants 3 hours of tutoring, the bot will have to generate a stripe payment link for $300 ($100/hr). Bot must not book time on calendar unless that time slot has been paid for… not sure how this can work but not biggest issue to start.
This is very straightforward algorithm we have to create. I want it fully customized which is why I am looking for someone technical and proficient with AI and code.

How will/could enhancements be made? Let’s say if I wanted to train the AI Agent to accept a discount code? Or generate a contract post booking and payment confirmation? How long would this kind of update take to train the AI agent/ update the model? Looking for the most efficient model to quickly implement future updates.
