Crypto wallet public address integration -- 2

We are working on a Cyrpto portfolio tracker and for that, we want to integrate the Wallets [ Meta mast, Binance Chain wallet etc].
Flow will be,
From website front end, end user will give the public address of their metamask.
Then in the backend, we should check the corresponding block explorer or whatever transactions and current assets are there should show.
Fields looking at:
> Transactions on the wallet
> List of current assets and their Name
> Assets ag purchased price
> Assets Token current price
> Quantity of tokens
