Crypto token & transaction detail fetching based on wallet's public address

We are working on a Cyrpto portfolio tracker and for that, we want to fetch the transactions and token details on wallet public addresses.


For example Flow will be,

From website front end, end user will give the public address of their meta mask.
Then in the backend, we should check the corresponding block explorer and show whatever transactions & current token assets are there.

Fields looking at:
> Transactions on the wallet
> List of current assets and their Name
> Assets ag purchased price
> Assets Token current price
> Quantity of tokens

this should be for etherscan, bscscan, polyscan
No Need to work on the front end part, we need the output in JSON format. So only backend work
