My new project is growing fast, and one of the things I desperately need is an understudy - someone that cares about the project as much as I do - because they love the topic, and because they love how much money it could make them.
I want a coder who won't just wait for me to give them tasks but who is willing to be motivated to making the product better because they can.
You'll have years of experience and knowledge there to help guide and teach you every step of the way. I will give you tasks and you will report to me.
The most important thiing I'm looking for is passion, engagement, and genuine interest - intelligence and basic technical ability are also necessary - preferably you already have a base of experience either front or back end javascript - but what I want first and foremost is a genuine desire to participate in this project, and a desire learn from someone who has been doing this for a long time now.
One more thing - you need to be conversational in english well enough to have a phone chat - we dont have to phone chat a lot but on occasion there's no faster way to communicate and so its a requirement
