Cross-Platform Billiard Game Development - 1

I need a complete billiard game that runs seamlessly on every major device: mobile phones and tablets (both iOS and Android), desktop PCs and Macs, plus a Web build that loads in any modern browser. One code-base that can be exported to these targets is essential so maintenance stays simple and future updates are painless.
Core expectations
• Realistic cue-ball physics, accurate collision and spin
• Smooth, intuitive controls—tap/drag on touch screens, mouse and keyboard on desktop, and pointer input in the browser
• Solo practice mode and a basic two-player option on the same device (online multiplayer can be a stretch goal we can discuss later)
• Clean UI with score display, shot timer, and pause/menu screens
• Sound effects and a short music loop that can be muted
• Optimised performance: steady 60 fps on mid-range mobiles and browsers
Preferred tech
Unity or another proven cross-platform engine is fine as long as it supports iOS, Android, Windows/macOS executables, and WebGL/HTML5 without feature loss.
Deliverables
1. Source project with clear folder structure and comments
2. Builds ready to install or upload for:
– iOS (IPA/TestFlight)
– Android (AAB/APK)
– Windows & macOS executables
– WebGL/HTML5 zip for hosting
3. One-page setup guide covering store submission, desktop packaging, and web hosting steps
4. Short video or GIF demonstrating gameplay on at least two different devices
I’ll test on each platform; payment is released once the same gameplay experience is confirmed across mobile, PC, and web. Feel free to suggest extra polish if it fits within the timeline we agree on.
