Cross Domain Tracking Setup

I run a hotel property which uses a 3rd party booking engine. I am looking to have someone complete the required javascript and setup in google analytics to track completed reservations.

Reservation system used is called Room Master, pictures below show the interface to add java to the booking engine for analytics purposes.
