Creating a time-monitoring and tracking program.

I currently work for a company where employees are required to get a certain amount of time in several areas. While they are in these areas, I would like for their time to be monitored so the supervisor is able to replace them when they complete their 1 hour, 2 hours, etc.. At the end of the month, the user should be able to pull up a time sheet to see how much time was spent in each position to evaluate if they met their minimums or not. I have a design template completed. I need a coder to make the design come to life. This will be a time tracker that links to a database of personnel and then is able to print the end of month reports when completed.

There are a few other features that I would like to see added once the core program is created. We can discuss these as the project moves forward.
