Creating SVG animation

Hi,
For a website, we would like to integrate a svg animation.
It's quite simple.
The text you can see in attachment, we would like to have it animated. Preferable like it's written. No 'fade in ' animation.
The font is 'regular Brush' and we can deliver the font.
The animation will be used on an opening screen of a website so it should be lightweight. The background is black.

I this example they use fixed positions and heights which is not so good for responsiveness. This should be improved.
