Creating Bootstrap 5 mockups

I need someone to create html/js mockups. For this I will provide a rough version or sketch, the template and a written feature request.

Please find enclosed a sample page. For this project I will need to create one project information page listing the information of one product as well to all linked products (as versions). Additionally we need to display feedback received to this products and provide forms to answer them. Basic JS (jquery) will be needed as well to add functionality to the mockup.

Please note: The sample provided is just an already existing page of the projects. The one we want to create now is similar to it.

Planned steps:
*) I send the detailed information and a UI sketch
*) let's discuss if there is a room for improvement for the positioning of the elements
*) feedback loops
*) delivery of html mockup

It's important that the code is clean and sustainable as this ideally is the start of a long term cooperation.
Must have:
+) fluent English/German
+) being able to stick to his/her own schedule and deliver accordingly

Nice to have:
o) Django/Python/Angular skills
o) timezone near EST
